Mixed Martial Arts New Facility

In case your still living under a rock and haven’t heard. OutFox Mixed Martial Arts academy has relocated to their very own 4,800 sq.ft facility in Virginia Beach -  Hampton roads Area.

We’re very excited about the changes, because that means students in Virginia Beach, Virginia will have even more classes and times to choose from. Along with, new equipment, a full size cage, heavy bags, speed bags, punching mitts — the whole works. We also have 4 different levels of training based on experience:

-Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

-Muay Thai Kickboxing

-Gracie Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

• Intro/Fundamentals class — for the pure beginner/no experience
• Silver program — for the beginner with some experience
• Combat Gold — Advanced classes, more challenging
• Combat Titanium — your choose of ALL classes from beginner to advance/for those who want more of a challenge and are looking to compete one day

But the main reason I’m writing this blog is because of the new Martial Arts kids classes OutFox is forming.

OutFox Mixed Martial academy in Virginia Beach is starting our kids Thai-Jitsu (MMA) program on Monday – January 16, 2012. But that’s not all…

In our kids Thai-Jitsu – MMA program they will be learning the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, Sombo, and boxing.
